Agreement
Standard Warranty Information:
  • As standard, without VoxShield, (and unless otherwise specified), your item is protected by a 30 day warranty for repair or replace. Extend your warranty coverage by choosing VoxShield for your product.
  • Protect your investment: Include the VoxShield protection and get a minimum 1 year warranty. Visit http://shield.voxtechnologies.com or talk to your sales person today to discuss the additional service options available.
Ordering Information:
  • A $100 minimum or 20% surcharge (whichever is greater) may be applied for same day shipping.
  • Expedited orders are NCNR (non-cancellable, non-returnable).
  • All orders must be accompanied with hard copy purchase order for entry into VTC's production scheduling.
  • All VTC shipments are FOB Richardson, Texas, USA and are subject to credit approval prior to shipment.
  • Freight charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are determined at the time of shipping; a $9.00 handling fee will be applied if using a corporate freight account.
  • VTC quotations are valid for a period of thirty (30) days. If your order is not placed within this time period, VTC will be pleased to revisit this quotation.
  • This order acknowledgment does not confirm product delivery or credit approval.
  • Additional charges may also apply.
  • A $30 charge will be applied for any returned checks.
  • All software sales are final, no credit will be allowed.
  • Memory pricing is subject to market-value fluctuations and may be locked at the time of actual order placement.
Returns and RMA Instructions:
  • The VOX return policy applies to incorrect or returned orders.
  • Any product discrepancies or damages must be reported within 24 hours of receiving.
  • Return requests are accepted up to 14 days from date of receipt.
  • All returns must be accompanied by a valid RMA number.
  • All returns must arrive at Vox warehouse within 7 days from issue of RMA number.
  • DOA items must be claimed within 7 days of receipt.
  • Freight charges (both ways) are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • Credit may be issued for returns at our discretion and may be subject to a minimum restocking fee of 30%.
  • A copy of the invoice must be included with all returned items.
  • A restocking fee may be applied for returned orders.
  • A service charge of 1.5% per month will be added to all past due amounts.
